The Ceremony, also known as the Marriage of Psyche is a French jacquard wall tapestry woven with the Loiselles stitch. This artwork was originally designed by Edward Burnes Jones (1833-1890) and produced in the William Morris & Company workshops. Drawing inspiration from the Greek and Roman mythology of the legend of Psyche and her love for Cupid; this tapestry was originally produced by Morris and Company (1890-1895) also called Ceremony of the Muses.
